Shipping Information

We offer different shipping methods and costs depending where you live. We ship to most countries, but if your country has no shipping option in the shopping cart, we do not currently ship there. 

All "in stock" orders are shipped normally within one working day of your order. You should be aware that we do not ship Sundays or Bank holidays (public holidays), and usually do not ship Saturday except during busy times. For a list of UK bank holidays you can check wikipedia

We do have a small number of items that are supplier fulfilled (meaning they are shipped directly from the manufacturer to you), these are marked with lead times if they have any, although mostly they are also dispatched within one working day unless otherwise stated. The bulk of our stock is stored at our own warehouse and all items are stored in the UK, we do not drop ship from outside the UK. 

Shipping Methods and Prices


Free Shipping when you spend over £20 (item total, not order total, doesn't include extra services).
Otherwise £1.95 flat fee per order regardless of how many items you buy. 
Depending on various factors we can also offer Special Delivery, if available, the price of this service will be displayed in your cart.
If you require Special Delivery (next day) - or indeed any other type of shipping - and it's not available, contact us. 

Please note we do not have the facility to take visitors at our warehouse so there is no collection possible from the premises. 


If you live in a country that we can ship to, we will ship by Royal Mail at a the cost of £14.95 per order. 


After Ordering

If you have any issues, or made any mistakes in your order, it's imperative that you contact us straight away, as sometimes we may dispatch your order within hours or even minutes of you placing it. We can, and are happy to solve mistakes or cancel orders, but it is critical that you let us know before we hand the mail over to Royal Mail! You can phone us or message us using the contact details on the contact us page. 

We do use a system that checks address information so errors for UK address information are often spotted, so please also be aware that if we encounter any inconsistencies, we may email or call you. Failing to respond usually means we hold back the order, so it's important that you reply. 

Delivery Times

Usually, most items will arrive in the UK within a few days. However, it's a tricky topic, and there are various reasons why mail may end up held up. We generally ask you to contact us if your item hasn't arrived within a week just to avoid too much back and forth information, but it's up to you, you can talk to us any time for any reason. 

International shipments tend to arrive within a couple of weeks but we've come to expect that deliveries to Europe are much faster, however again please expect the shipment to take up to a month in worst case scenarios especially outside Europe. Contact us if you're unsure. 

If you have chosen a tracked method and have no tracking ID or you can't get it to work, contact us. 

After Shipment

You will receive a shipping notification (or order complete notification) by email to the same address you placed the order with, so please keep an eye on your spam filter in case it gets lost in there. If you chose a tracked method the tracking number should be displayed in this email. You can also log in to your account and see previous order information, or if you checked out as guest you can click "Orders and Returns" at the bottom of the page. You will need all the order information so please be sure to note down the order ID if you check out as guest.

Once your order arrives there's no need to do anything but we do appreciate any feedback positive or negative, so don't hesitate to contact us or spread the word on social media! 

Returns & Replacements

All our orders are carefully checked prior to despatch and we do operate a 2 person quality control process to ensure items are shipped in good condition. However, we advise that customers carefully check their purchase immediately upon receipt.  If an item is discovered to be faulty or damaged on receipt, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with details of the issue, we will advise the best course of action.

Due to the inherently delicate nature of jewellery, claims for faulty or broken items made outside of the 14 days timescale will be processed at our discretion only and only if the claim for faulty item receipt is made within 60 days of delivery.  Items displaying damage or defect deemed to be a result of fair wear and tear or neglect will not be regarded as faulty.
With the exception of earrings for pierced ears, in the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase, please let us know by email to within 14 days of receipt so we can authorise a return. Please contact us for a Return Authorisation (RA) number via the contact form. Returns without an RA number may take longer to process. Please send the item back within 14 days of receipt by post.  Once the item has been returned in its original, unworn condition (with packaging/tags attached if appropriate), we will issue a refund to you via your original method of payment.  Goods returned damaged or worn will be returned to you. 

We hope you understand that we are unable to accept change of mind returns of earrings for pierced ears, this is for hygiene and safety reasons.


Please allow up to 10 working days from when the order has been returned for the refund/exchange to be processed.
Please note we are not responsible for postage costs or postal losses on returned goods - please ensure that you use the appropriate postal service for your item and obtain proof of posting. We recommend you use an insured and registered service.  Please note, we will not accept returns delivered by hand.

International customers - please ensure the item is clearly marked "RETURNED GOODS" on the customs form to avoid additional import charges. If such charges are incurred when the item is returned, this will be deducted from the refund. Please contact us for more advice regarding returning goods
